Eclairages par une \u00e9tude de cas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au cours de la vie des organisations, la question de rejoindre un r\u00e9seau d\u2019alliances peut se poser<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>. Cette \u00e9tape a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour l\u2019entreprise Groupe R, dont la mission est de collecter des informations dans le secteur de la grande distribution via le crowdsourcing<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objectif de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>\u00a0: \u00c0 travers une technologie digitale, Groupe R aide des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s partenaires \u00e0 analyser et recevoir des informations gr\u00e2ce aux consommateurs directement. Ils \u00e9tudient leurs r\u00e9seaux de vente. Cela permet de faire participer activement les consommateurs \u00e0 la gestion de stocks, l\u2019approvisionnement, l\u2019emplacement des produits\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Synth\u00e8se de l\u2019origine de l\u2019alliance<\/strong>\u00a0: deux entrepreneurs ont fond\u00e9 Groupe R et n\u2019ont pas souhait\u00e9 d\u00e9velopper une nouvelle technologie. Ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s\u2019allier \u00e0 un groupe international pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une technologie d\u00e9j\u00e0 existante sur le march\u00e9. Ils se sont alli\u00e9s au groupe dans le but de se d\u00e9velopper rapidement pour faire face \u00e0 la menace de nouveaux entrants sur le march\u00e9. En premier lieu, ils souhaitaient une expansion forte et rapide en France.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le groupe international s\u2019allie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 des partenaires par des joint-ventures dans le but d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux march\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019international, mais le Groupe R reste une exception fran\u00e7aise qui tend \u00e0 rester dans un mod\u00e8le d\u2019alliance et non de joint-venture (JV).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R\u00e9seau d\u2019alliances ou JV\u00a0?<\/strong> La diff\u00e9rence entre une alliance et une JV r\u00e9side dans le lien entre toutes les entit\u00e9s : le degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9pendance entre les acteurs. Un degr\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 d&rsquo;autonomie tend vers une alliance, et non vers une entreprise commune. Au d\u00e9part, l&rsquo;alliance asym\u00e9trique entre Groupe R et le groupe international montre que les entreprises n&rsquo;ont pas des positions strat\u00e9giques similaires\u00a0: cette diff\u00e9rence est li\u00e9e aux capacit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res et \u00e0 la dimension commerciale. L&rsquo;alliance tend \u00e0 devenir au fil du temps sym\u00e9trique, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire impliquant des entreprises aux positions strat\u00e9giques interchangeables, car les entreprises ont plus ou moins les m\u00eames niveaux de ressources et de comp\u00e9tences.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notre cas<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a> met \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence les avantages possibles d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;alliances int\u00e9gr\u00e9 o\u00f9 l&rsquo;information circule librement entre les partenaires interconnect\u00e9s et partage une base de connaissances commune (voir pour une revue sur la gestion des alliances Duysters et al (2004) et sur le point sp\u00e9cifique du r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;alliances, se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer au travail de Aggarwal (2020). Toutefois, la question de la fin d&rsquo;une alliance se pose. Alors qu&rsquo;ils ont \u00e9chang\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es sensibles et sont de plus en plus d\u00e9pendants, le Groupe R a la possibilit\u00e9 de sortir de l&rsquo;alliance par un \u00e9ventuel rachat de ses parts, ou de se concentrer sur son p\u00f4le innovation s&rsquo;il veut garder un avantage strat\u00e9gique dans l&rsquo;alliance, sous peine de devenir comme les autres branches du groupe international. La fin d&rsquo;une alliance peut aussi signifier que le projet pour lequel elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e est un succ\u00e8s. L&rsquo;alliance est alors rompue car le projet est achev\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, la fin d&rsquo;une alliance strat\u00e9gique n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessairement synonyme d&rsquo;\u00e9chec<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>. Cependant, l&rsquo;alliance g\u00e9n\u00e8re des tensions coexistentielles impliquant une concurrence et une coop\u00e9ration simultan\u00e9es qui peuvent \u00eatre cr\u00e9atrices de valeur (g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de l&rsquo;innovation) et avoir des r\u00e9sultats n\u00e9gatifs (li\u00e9s \u00e0 la confrontation) (voir Gernsheimer, Kanbach et Gast (2021)).
