Cette int\u00e9gration va bien au-del\u00e0 d&rsquo;un simple processus d&rsquo;accueil ; elle constitue un levier strat\u00e9gique capable d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la performance et la r\u00e9ussite de l&rsquo;entreprise (Moulinier, 2012).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les nouvelles recrues commerciales jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la construction et le renforcement des relations avec les grands comptes. Une int\u00e9gration r\u00e9ussie leur permet de comprendre rapidement les enjeux sp\u00e9cifiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces partenariats strat\u00e9giques et de s&rsquo;adapter efficacement aux attentes et aux exigences des clients (Leclerc, 2018).
