Les nouveaux d\u00e9fis pour les entreprises incluent l&rsquo;adaptation aux technologies \u00e9mergentes, la diversit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes, la gestion du changement et l&rsquo;innovation. Les soft skills sont devenues primordiales dans le quotidien professionnel, car elles permettent une meilleure collaboration, une r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes plus efficace et une adaptation rapide aux changements. Les soft skills englobent des comp\u00e9tences comme la communication, la pens\u00e9e syst\u00e9mique, l&rsquo;autogestion, ou la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Un environnement plus agile est souvent plus attractif, et le sujet est donc autant un sujet de performance que de marque employeur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sur quels fondements th\u00e9oriques et scientifiques s\u2019appuient vos recherches actuelles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/observatoire-asap.org\/index.php\/2023\/06\/26\/todd-lubart\/\"><strong>Todd Lubart :<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;Les travaux scientifiques portant sur les soft skills se nourrissent de multiples cadres th\u00e9oriques. Le sujet touche \u00e0 l&rsquo;adaptabilit\u00e9 humaine, et les travaux en rapport avec l&rsquo;adaptabilit\u00e9 sont nombreux: l&rsquo;intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, le growth mindset, le sentiment d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 personnelle, les intelligences multiples, ou encore la trilogie de l&rsquo;esprit. Chacun de ces travaux apporte un \u00e9l\u00e9ment pr\u00e9cieux pour appr\u00e9hender plus profond\u00e9ment le concept de soft skill, menant par exemple \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer toute soft skill comme indissociable de l&rsquo;estime de soi ou des capacit\u00e9s sensori-motrices. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est qu&rsquo;il y a plusieurs dimensions \u00e0 prendre en compte s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, si on veut r\u00e9ellement saisir ce que sont les soft skills, et plus largement les comp\u00e9tences. Nous avons d&rsquo;ailleurs r\u00e9cemment propos\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le visant \u00e0 r\u00e9concilier hard skills et soft skills, appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0mod\u00e8le des composants g\u00e9n\u00e9riques de la comp\u00e9tence\u00a0\u00bb, et publi\u00e9 dans Journal of Intelligence (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2079-3200\/11\/6\/107\">https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2079-3200\/11\/6\/107<\/a>). M\u00eame si cela est encore peu pr\u00e9sent en France, les nouveaux mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;analyse des comp\u00e9tences utilis\u00e9s par les entreprises (principalement aux Etats Unis) incluent le mod\u00e8le de comp\u00e9tences int\u00e9gr\u00e9es, qui prend en compte \u00e0 la fois les comp\u00e9tences techniques et les soft skills, et le mod\u00e8le de comp\u00e9tences en constellation, qui consid\u00e8re les comp\u00e9tences comme des \u00e9l\u00e9ments interconnect\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes complexes. On peut \u00e9galement citer le mod\u00e8le T-shaped, qui met l&rsquo;accent sur la combinaison de comp\u00e9tences \u00e9tendues dans un domaine et de comp\u00e9tences transversales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Comment les entreprises peuvent-elles prendre en compte ce type de comp\u00e9tences et parvenir \u00e0 les \u00e9valuer&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/observatoire-asap.org\/index.php\/2023\/06\/26\/jeremy-lamri\/\">J\u00e9r\u00e9my Lamri&nbsp;<\/a>: <\/strong>Pour \u00e9valuer les soft skills lors d&rsquo;un processus de recrutement, les entreprises peuvent utiliser des entretiens comportementaux, des tests de personnalit\u00e9, des mises en situation et des jeux de r\u00f4les. A noter que dans la mesure o\u00f9 il y a peu de consensus sur ce que sont les soft skills ou sur leurs d\u00e9finitions, il est difficile de d\u00e9terminer la qualit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;impact r\u00e9els de tous ces tests. Il reste encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire pour pr\u00e9dire avec fiabilit\u00e9 la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation des individus selon les contextes&#8230;Les soft skills peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es et renforc\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;entreprise gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des formations sp\u00e9cifiques, des ateliers, des s\u00e9ances de coaching et des initiatives de mentorat. Les employeurs peuvent surtout cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail favorisant le d\u00e9veloppement de ces comp\u00e9tences en mettant en place une culture apprenante et en encourageant la collaboration. Le d\u00e9veloppement actif des soft skills tient plus \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;environnement de travail et aux modalit\u00e9s du travail qu&rsquo;aux formations \u00e0 proprement parler. L&rsquo;objectif est de favoriser des comportements agiles et vertueux. Par exemple, une culture du pr\u00e9sent\u00e9isme par principe, ou une r\u00e9union descendante de 20 personnes ne fait pas partie des bonnes pratiques pour d\u00e9velopper les soft skills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/observatoire-asap.org\/index.php\/2023\/06\/26\/todd-lubart\/\"><strong>Todd Lubart :<\/strong><\/a> La formation continue peut aider les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences en leur offrant des opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel, telles des formations en ligne, des ateliers et des conf\u00e9rences. Les employeurs peuvent encourager la formation continue en allouant du temps et des ressources pour la formation, en offrant des incitations et en reconnaissant les efforts de formation des collaborateurs. La formation tout au long de la vie devient une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, et c&rsquo;est aujourd&rsquo;hui un facteur d&rsquo;autonomie que de savoir se former et se reformer par soi-m\u00eame, sans attendre une incitation de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quels conseils donner aux \u00e9tudiants en ce qui concerne leur insertion professionnelle .&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/observatoire-asap.org\/index.php\/2023\/06\/26\/jeremy-lamri\/\">J\u00e9r\u00e9my Lamri&nbsp;<\/a>: <\/strong>Pour se pr\u00e9parer au monde de l&rsquo;entreprise et \u00e0 ses \u00e9volutions, les jeunes devraient d\u00e9velopper leur r\u00e9silience, leur capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;apprentissage et leur adaptabilit\u00e9.
