Le premier d\u00e9fi est celui de <strong>l\u2019augmentation du prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong>. La forte hausse du prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie met \u00e0 mal l\u2019\u00e9quilibre financier des entreprises gourmandes en gaz ou \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Le prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie repr\u00e9sentait en 2021 environ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.economie.gouv.fr\/hausse-prix-energie-renforcement-dispositifs-aides-entreprises#:~:text=les%20d%C3%A9penses%20d'%C3%A9nergie%20de,3%20%25%20de%20son%20chiffre%20d'\">un tiers de leurs charges<\/a> ; or, l\u2019explosion du prix fait qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui il repr\u00e9sente deux tiers de celles-ci. La hausse n\u2019est pas conjoncturelle : elle est structurelle. Elle est certes boost\u00e9e par des facteurs conjoncturels comme la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la Chine, plus importante que pr\u00e9vue, ou les probl\u00e8mes du pipeline Nord Stream 2 pour les besoins en gaz de l\u2019Europe. Mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est que <strong>la demande \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique augmente partout <\/strong>et que les solutions comme l\u2019\u00e9nergie nucl\u00e9aire sont longues et compliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 mettre en place.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En attendant la mise en \u0153uvre de solutions alternatives, la meilleure solution \u00e0 court terme est donc de diminuer la consommation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le second d\u00e9fi est celui de <strong>la p\u00e9nurie de comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>. Les difficult\u00e9s de recrutement sont le premier frein de l\u2019activit\u00e9 des PME en France selon le barom\u00e8tre publi\u00e9 par BPI France et l\u2019institut Rexecode (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rexecode.fr\/public\/Indicateurs-et-Graphiques\/Enquete-Tresorerie-Investissement-et-Croissance-des-PME\/Les-difficultes-de-recrutement-sont-redevenues-le-principal-frein-a-la-croissance-des-PME-en-France\">novembre 2021<\/a>). Ce barom\u00e8tre indique que 70% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es estiment rencontrer des contraintes \u00e0 sourcer des candidats. Cette p\u00e9nurie touche de tr\u00e8s nombreux secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 et les entreprises de toutes tailles. L\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et la restauration ont vu pas moins de 237 000 salari\u00e9s quitter leur secteur depuis le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie Covid 19. Les cons\u00e9quences ne tardent pas \u00e0 se faire ressentir, puisque <strong>1 PME fran\u00e7aise sur 3 est contrainte de r\u00e9duire ses ambitions de d\u00e9veloppement par manque de comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>. Peu de CV, ou alors pas suffisamment qualifi\u00e9s\u2026 et quand le process donne lieu \u00e0 l\u2019organisation d\u2019un entretien \u2026nombreux sont les candidats \u00e0 ne plus se d\u00e9placer (sans pr\u00e9venir ni s\u2019excuser). Et cet \u00e9cart entre le nombre de postes \u00e0 pourvoir et le nombre de candidats va continuer \u00e0 se creuser\u00a0: la loi de Moore s\u2019applique toujours, le digital ouvre des perspectives d\u2019oc\u00e9ans bleus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>P\u00e9nurie des ressources vs. cr\u00e9ation de valeur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le constat est donc celui <strong>d\u2019une double p\u00e9nurie<\/strong>, qui touche deux ressources indispensables \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de valeur\u00a0: la ressource \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et la ressource humaine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le concept de cr\u00e9ation de valeur est polymorphique. Alors que la cr\u00e9ation de valeur repose encore principalement sur une approche \u00e9conomique et\u00a0s\u00e9quentielle\u00a0et est destin\u00e9e au seul client, Desmarteau et ali (2021) proposent qu\u2019elle s\u2019appr\u00e9hende dans une perspective processuelle o\u00f9 l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation de la valeur se construit en situation dans un arbitrage entre parties prenantes. Sur la dimension architecturale, les m\u00eames auteurs consid\u00e8rent que l\u2019architecture organisationnelle de la valeur est construite \u00e0 partir, d\u2019une part, de ressources et de comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques (internes ou externes) que l\u2019entreprise est amen\u00e9e \u00e0 mobiliser et \u00e0 combiner et, d\u2019autre part, de la capacit\u00e9 dialogique de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 orchestrer de fa\u00e7on compl\u00e9mentaire des comp\u00e9tences distinctes externes, alors que la cr\u00e9ation de valeur est souvent pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e comme reposant sur une architecture strat\u00e9gique de ressources et comp\u00e9tences dont l\u2019agencement est rarement questionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le challenge est donc le suivant\u00a0: en attendant de nouvelles sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie (nucl\u00e9aire, \u00e9lectrification\u2026) et de nouveaux modes de production (robotisation, intelligence artificielle), <strong>comment les entreprises peuvent-elles consacrer leurs rares ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et humaines \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de valeur\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le lean management<\/strong> est une des r\u00e9ponses possibles \u00e0 cet enjeu de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novethic.fr\/lexique\/detail\/sobriete.html\">sobri\u00e9t\u00e9<\/a>. Le lean management a en effet comme objectif de de cr\u00e9er le plus de valeur possible en consommant le moins de ressources possibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le lean et l\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le lean (\u00ab\u00a0maigre\u00a0\u00bb en anglais) dispose d\u2019outils qui, transpos\u00e9s au domaine de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, permettent de <strong>d\u00e9tecter les gaspillages et d\u2019optimiser la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong>. Un outil comme la Value Stream Mapping (VSM), orient\u00e9 vers l\u2019identification des Non Valeurs Ajout\u00e9es Energ\u00e9tiques (NVAE), permet de d\u00e9tecter les maillons consommateurs d\u2019\u00e9nergie et cr\u00e9ant peu de valeur. En d\u00e9ployant des r\u00e9solutions de probl\u00e8me de type PDCA (Plan-do-Check) ou roue de Deming ou DMAIC (Define \u2013 Mesure- Analyse -Improve-Control), les causes racines de ces exc\u00e8s de consommation sont analys\u00e9es et des contre-mesures identifi\u00e9es. Une fois l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de ces contre-mesures prouv\u00e9e, la \u00ab\u00a0cale\u00a0\u00bb est mise gr\u00e2ce aux standards. Les actions de sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques sont ainsi stabilis\u00e9es. D\u2019autres outils peuvent \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9s, par exemple les diagrammes spaghetti pour optimiser les d\u00e9placements. N\u2019oublions pas que le lean a tout d\u2019abord identifi\u00e9 7 gaspillages (les Mudi) contre lesquels il propose de se battre au quotidien\u00a0: transport et d\u00e9placement inutiles, stocks excessifs, surproduction, l\u2019attente, non-qualit\u00e9, gestes inutiles et processus excessifs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le lean et les talents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le lean postule \u00e9galement qu\u2019une organisation g\u00e9n\u00e8re du Muri lorsqu\u2019elle place ses \u00e9quipes dans une situation de stress en lui demandant un travail d\u00e9raisonnable ou inutile qui exc\u00e8de sa capacit\u00e9. Pousser le syst\u00e8me au maximum puis le restabliser \u00e0 son r\u00e9gime habituel est une <strong>variabilit\u00e9<\/strong> tr\u00e8s consommatrice d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le lean, dans <strong>sa dimension manag\u00e9riale<\/strong>, est \u00e9galement un formidable levier de fid\u00e9lisation de ses collaborateurs et de maintien des talents dans l\u2019organisation. Si la dimension manag\u00e9riale du lean est ancr\u00e9e dans le fonctionnement de l\u2019entreprise, celle-ci dispose d\u2019atouts d\u00e9cisifs pour faire face \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de comp\u00e9tences et d\u00e9passer ses concurrents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le manager qui a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la philosophie du lean dans les rituels manag\u00e9riaux n\u2019est plus un manager \u00ab\u00a0Solutions\u00a0\u00bb mais un manager \u00ab\u00a0Ressources\u00a0\u00bb. Le manager \u00ab\u00a0Solutions\u00a0\u00bb est persuad\u00e9 que son cerveau est plus puissant que les cerveaux de ses collaborateurs. Il est \u00e9galement persuad\u00e9 avoir la solution \u00e0 tous les probl\u00e8mes.
