On pourrait r\u00e9sumer ainsi le monde du travail tel qu\u2019il est d\u00e9crit depuis une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es. Les derni\u00e8res crises confortent cette affirmation. L\u2019\u00e9conomiste Frank Knight d\u00e9finit l\u2019incertitude comme une distribution d\u2019\u00e9tats inconnue et impossible \u00e0 conna\u00eetre. Il l\u2019oppose au risque dont la distribution d\u2019\u00e9tats est connue.\u00a0Selon certains analystes, il y aurait une confusion dans l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation de l\u2019environnement dans lequel \u00e9voluent les grands groupes. Ces derniers agiraient en position de risque alors m\u00eame que leur environnement est incertain. L\u2019incertitude se pilote l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le risque entra\u00eene le contr\u00f4le. On retrouve ici la contradiction entre\u00a0le besoin d\u2019agilit\u00e9 pour faire face \u00e0 l\u2019incertitude et des grands groupes qui resteraient dans une vision taylorienne pass\u00e9iste de \u00ab\u00a0command and control\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si le constat d\u2019une culture du contr\u00f4le dans les grands groupes est juste, son analyse pose un probl\u00e8me. Leur environnement est historiquement incertain. Cependant, la d\u00e9r\u00e9glementation des march\u00e9s de la fin des ann\u00e9es 1990 en a modifi\u00e9 la nature (Le Morlec\/Fake Management\/2022). En substituant la valeur \u00e9conomique de l\u2019entreprise par la notion de confiance pour valoriser l\u2019action, les march\u00e9s financiers ont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 un environnement \u00e0 risque. La r\u00e9ponse des grands groupes \u00e0 cette nouvelle contrainte les a entra\u00een\u00e9s dans une strat\u00e9gie de court terme pour chercher \u00e0 garantir une valeur de l\u2019action toujours plus forte et ainsi pr\u00e9server la confiance. Cette confiance a la particularit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre tr\u00e8s volatile, parfois inflammable. Dans ce contexte, le risque prime sur l\u2019incertitude. La culture du contr\u00f4le n\u2019est donc pas une mauvaise r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 leur environnement mais une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 sur un risque connu qui consiste en la survie de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 court terme. Une chute brutale de l\u2019action par perte de confiance des march\u00e9s peut mettre imm\u00e9diatement l\u2019entreprise en situation de rachat hostile. Invoquer l\u2019agilit\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette probl\u00e9matique complexe ne r\u00e9pond pas en l\u2019\u00e9tat \u00e0 sa r\u00e9solution alors m\u00eame que la gestion op\u00e9rationnelle des grands groupes s\u2019effectue toujours dans un monde incertain. Ils doivent donc vivre en faisant cohabiter 2 strat\u00e9gies \u00e0 priori antagonistes qui ne peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9solues par l\u2019instauration d\u2019une seule culture du risque ou de l\u2019incertitude. L\u2019environnement des grands groupes pourrait donc se d\u00e9finir comme \u00e9tant avant tout en Complexit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce n\u2019est en rien une nouveaut\u00e9 mais constitue un fort rappel. Faire vivre ensemble des objectifs antagonistes a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-ems.fr\/livres-2\/collections\/pratiques-d-entreprises\/ouvrage\/684-fake-management.html\">Le double projet \u00e9conomique et social<\/a> d\u2019Antoine Riboud en est un des exemples les plus embl\u00e9matiques. Plus r\u00e9cemment, la vision de la MAIF qui est de chercher \u00e0 r\u00e9concilier des objectifs oppos\u00e9s entre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=aX7zEoMC9ew\">l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de l\u2019assureur et celui et celui de l\u2019assur\u00e9<\/a> a permis de cr\u00e9er un environnement favorable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9panouissement des salari\u00e9s, la satisfaction des soci\u00e9taires tout en pr\u00e9servant la performance de l\u2019entreprise. La r\u00e9conciliation de ces antagonismes a \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9e par Edgar Morin sous le terme de dialogique. La dialogique s\u2019inscrit dans une culture de la Complexit\u00e9 qui va transformer des injonctions paradoxales difficilement soutenables en une seule strat\u00e9gie incluant des principes qui seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme non dissociables et donc compl\u00e9mentaires. Un tel principe demande \u00e0 se questionner sur les strat\u00e9gies initiales mises en \u0153uvre. Ainsi, les grands groupes auraient tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 revoir cette solution largement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e via les cabinets conseils, que l\u2019on peut nommer comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-ems.fr\/boutique\/fake-management-pour-en-finir-avec-les-fausses-croyances-et-les-modes-manageriales\/\">la financiarisation du management<\/a> (Le Morlec\/Fake Management\/2022). C\u2019est par exemple commencer par regarder l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de replacer le balancier du contr\u00f4le chez les financiers, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 depuis la d\u00e9r\u00e9glementation des march\u00e9s il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 durablement aux op\u00e9rationnels, tuant potentiellement dans l\u2019\u0153uf la prise de risque n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 toute innovation. C\u2019est remettre en cause les d\u00e9rives excessives du contr\u00f4le se traduisant dans une bureaucratisation des process et des normes. C\u2019est sur le fond rejeter les solutions toutes faites au nom d\u2019une agilit\u00e9 pourtant essentielle au pilotage op\u00e9rationnel.
