L\u2019exemple du Japon met avec acuit\u00e9 en avant le c\u00f4t\u00e9 avant-gardiste des japonais pour une technologie de pointe combin\u00e9e \u00e0 une \u00e9thique tr\u00e8s particuli\u00e8re, constituant par l\u00e0-m\u00eame une solution plausible et pratique aux tracas quotidiens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un \u00ab flash-back \u00bb vers le pass\u00e9 nous montre que depuis une quinzaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, les constructeurs japonais ont con\u00e7u les mod\u00e8les des voitures hybrides et \u00e9lectriques qui \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0, sinon en ventes, du moins en prototype. La voiture \u00e9lectrique \u00e9tait con\u00e7ue pour se charger aupr\u00e8s de bornes pr\u00e9sentes m\u00eame devant les maisons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La multinationale Honda avait, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, con\u00e7u \u00ab\u00a0La maison du futur\u00a0\u00bb qui fonctionnera gr\u00e2ce au syst\u00e8me solaire qui r\u00e9pand l\u2019\u00e9nergie dans toutes les pi\u00e8ces, via les \u00e9oliennes et le syst\u00e8me photovolta\u00efque, alimentant les foyers en eau chaude, chauffage, \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 etc. La cerise sur le g\u00e2teau\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=7LOePxqFzmo\">le robot, Asimo<\/a>, qui pourra aider, dans leurs t\u00e2ches quotidiennes, les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, les handicap\u00e9s, les enfants\u2026 en un mot, la famille, lorsque les actifs seront au travail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette autosuffisance qui permet aux foyers de se procurer ce dont ils ont besoin, tout en respectant l\u2019environnement et en \u00e9conomisant l\u2019\u00e9nergie est de nos jours tr\u00e8s convoit\u00e9e, suite aux complications de la conjoncture mondiale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le respect de l\u2019environnement est une des facettes de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapress.fr\/shop\/Culture-Ethique-Regard-sur-le-Japon-et-les-grandes-entreprises-japonaises_p1.html\">l\u2019\u00e9thique du peuple nippon<\/a>, \u00e9thique singuli\u00e8re car elle est v\u00e9cue d\u2019une fa\u00e7on implicite, naturelle, dans la mesure o\u00f9 ces valeurs sont fortement incrust\u00e9es dans leur culture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un exemple int\u00e9ressant est celui de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible-marques.fr\/tomy.html\">l\u2019entreprise de jouets Tomy<\/a> (premi\u00e8re au Japon, quatri\u00e8me mondialement) qui d\u00e9ployait ses efforts pour lutter contre le r\u00e9chauffement climatique et le respect de l\u2019environnement en appliquant les pr\u00e9ceptes de la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale. Ainsi,\u00a0 leurs produits phares, leurs gadgets de bureau ou \u00ab Smiley Face \u00bb s&rsquo;affirment comme des produits pionniers dans le respect de l\u2019environnement. Les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res utilis\u00e9es pour leur fabrication sont, \u00e0 long terme, b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour l\u2019environnement. En effet, pour produire ces gadgets fonctionnant au syst\u00e8me solaire, Takara Tomy utilise un m\u00e9lange en bioplastique provenant de plantes telles que le ma\u00efs et le sucre de canne. Cette mati\u00e8re remplace le plastique provenant du p\u00e9trole et permet de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de carbone et la consommation du p\u00e9trole.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les exemples de ces entreprises japonaises montrent que l\u2019\u00e9thique n\u2019est pas th\u00e9orique. Les entreprises et institutions japonaises qui appliquent concr\u00e8tement l\u2019\u00e9thique \u00e0 tous les niveaux de l\u2019organisation g\u00e9n\u00e8rent un impact positif sur le d\u00e9veloppement des activit\u00e9s, le management des \u00e9quipes, la gestion de la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019innovation sociale, soci\u00e9tale et technologique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La corruption est d&rsquo;ailleurs extr\u00eamement rare au Japon qui est class\u00e9 parmi les pays les plus \u00e9thiques sur l\u2019\u00e9chelle de <a href=\"https:\/\/transparency-france.org\/\">Transparency International<\/a>. Les japonais ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un style de vie marqu\u00e9 par la d\u00e9f\u00e9rence, les respect des autres et des consid\u00e9rations \u00e9thiques (humilit\u00e9, abn\u00e9gation, pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance..), m\u00eame si, naturellement, comme partout, des abus peuvent exister.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce respect de l\u2019\u00e9thique bloque les comportements corrompus tant dans le secteur public que priv\u00e9 (client\u00e9lisme, n\u00e9potisme, pots-de-vin, pour ne citer que quelques-uns).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par exemple, la <a href=\"https:\/\/holdings.panasonic\/global\/corporate\/about\/history\/chronicle.html\">multinationale Panasonic<\/a> est particuli\u00e8rement attentive \u00e0 ne recourir \u00e0 aucune malversation que ce soit et \u00e0 respecter l\u2019\u00e9thique sociale r\u00e9gissant l\u2019offre de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de toutes sortes (incluant cadeaux, repas et loisirs). L\u2019entreprise refuse que ses membres re\u00e7oivent un avantage personnel de quelque partie prenante que ce soit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le cas du Japon montre que si les grandes entreprises japonaises ont r\u00e9ussi, c\u2019est en partie, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur culture \u00e9thique. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/secretariat-conseil-tresor\/services\/valeurs-ethique\/code\/quest-ce-que-ethique.html\">L\u2019\u00e9thique<\/a> s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00eatre la clef de succ\u00e8s des entreprises qui se respectent et qui perdurent \u00e0 long terme\u00a0; elles ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 gagner des milliards de Yen de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur culture \u00e9thique si bien qu\u2019elles font partie des piliers de l\u2019\u00e9conomie japonaise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0, une attention particuli\u00e8re est port\u00e9e \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de vie des ressources humaines et beaucoup d\u2019efforts sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par l\u2019Etat et les entreprises priv\u00e9es, afin que les jeunes recrues puissent concilier vie personnelle et vie professionnelle, ce qui n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le cas de leurs pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseurs, qui s\u2019adonnaient beaucoup plus \u00e0 leur travail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A l\u2019instar du Japon, l\u2019\u00e9thique devrait donc faire partie int\u00e9grante de la culture des entreprises et des institutions y compris les \u00e9tablissements de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. Elle doit constituer un th\u00e8me transversal dans toutes les disciplines enseign\u00e9es.
