La recherche explore des ilots d\u2019apprenance (Carr\u00e9, 2005) allant d\u2019\u00e9quipes de travail \u00e0 des collectifs \u00e9largis. Elle observe notamment le r\u00f4le du num\u00e9rique, des d\u00e9clencheurs d\u2019apprenance, des collectifs, des formes d\u2019accompagnement qui permettent d\u2019apprendre et d\u2019\u00eatre motiv\u00e9 pour le faire.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">La m\u00e9thode\u00a0: une recherche en intelligence collective<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour cela, l\u2019association a organis\u00e9 un \u00ab chercheur collectif \u00bb qui\u00a0 a \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9 par un chercheur facilitateur. Les 32 participants se sont form\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ethnologie, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute, \u00e0 la construction d\u2019un questionnaire et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9criture collaborative. Le collectif a \u00e9t\u00e9 film\u00e9 par un sociologue qui a suivi la progression du groupe dans sa professionnalisation \u00e9pist\u00e9mologique. Cet accompagnement a favoris\u00e9 une r\u00e9flexivit\u00e9 sur le mat\u00e9riau collect\u00e9. Le corpus collect\u00e9 est constitu\u00e9 de 61 entretiens r\u00e9alis\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de diff\u00e9rentes organisations. Ils sont trait\u00e9s par le moyen de codage ouvert (plus de 450 mots cl\u00e9s identifi\u00e9s pour qualifier les s\u00e9quences d\u2019apprentissage v\u00e9cues), par une analyse des familles lexicales \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019outil <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iramuteq.org\/\">Iramuteq<\/a>.\u00a0 Dans une approche issue de la \u00ab\u00a0th\u00e9orie ancr\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, les \u00e9tapes de la recherche se composent au cour de l\u2019avancement des investigations.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les r\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plusieurs points favorables \u00e0 l\u2019apprenance se confirment tels que, des d\u00e9clencheurs d&rsquo;apprenance collective qui partent de l&rsquo;individu ou de l&rsquo;environnement, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;apprendre ensemble pour s&rsquo;adapter, le r\u00f4le de l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion individuelle et collective \u00e0 la vision strat\u00e9gique, la reconnaissance de l&rsquo;initiative individuelle dans le collectif, le changement de poste ou de m\u00e9tier d&rsquo;un individu et son accueil dans un collectif qui en bouleverse la dynamique, l&rsquo;autonomisation des individus et des \u00e9quipes est acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e par les processus d&rsquo;apprentissage \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par ailleurs 8 \u00a0\u00e9tudes de cas\u00a0sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour contextualiser ces apports et montrent comment l&rsquo;apprenance est sujette \u00e0 l&rsquo;influence de facteur interculturel, comment l&rsquo;apprenance est une attitude qui se cultive au quotidien, comment l\u2019apprenance est aussi une culture du lien qui s&rsquo;\u00e9labore dans la dur\u00e9e et peut se mettre au service d&rsquo;un projet de changement d&rsquo;une culture organisationnelle, comment la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me d&rsquo;apprentissage d\u00e9multiplie les occasions d&rsquo;apprendre ensemble, comment enfin, faire confiance donne confiance et permet d&rsquo;apprendre ensemble pour se r\u00e9organiser\u00a0et pour finir comment la mise en place de r\u00e9seaux en ligne dans une organisation acc\u00e9l\u00e8re les apprentissages sociaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En conclusion, si Peter Senge avait peu anticip\u00e9 le r\u00f4le du num\u00e9rique, l\u2019apprentissage organisationnel sous contrainte et avec l\u2019aide du moyen num\u00e9rique fonctionne c\u2019est un r\u00e9sultat de la recherche. Un deuxi\u00e8me r\u00e9sultat consiste \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer la composition et le r\u00f4le du tissu\u00a0 humain. Il laisse \u00e0 penser au r\u00f4le de la facilitation comme moyen de faire \u00e9merger les 5 autres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Relativement au chercheur collectif, l\u2019observation de son fonctionnement sous la forme de 16 entretiens vid\u00e9o-film\u00e9es montre toute la pertinence de mettre en abymes processus de recherche et objet de la recherche. Les membres du chercheur collectif ont en effet v\u00e9cu les 5 disciplines comme principe d\u2019action dans la recherche, se faisant, ils ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on plus intime, ce qu\u2019ils investiguaient. De fa\u00e7on implicite, les membres du chercheur collectif portaient l\u2019esprit des 5 disciplines et la fa\u00e7on dont elles font syst\u00e8me.
