Quant \u00e0 la morale, celle-ci est vue comme un ensemble de moyens r\u00e9gissant les choix pratiques. La seconde tradition vise \u00e0 d\u00e9finir l\u2019\u00e9thique comme un ensemble de r\u00e8gles partag\u00e9es et typiques d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLes consid\u00e9rations \u00e9thiques (ethos, en grec) comprennent ce qui est juste ou faux ainsi que la compr\u00e9hension des raisons sous-jacentes \u00e0 ces comportements (Bishop, 2013). Dans la plupart des pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, l\u2019\u00e9thique est une discipline de vie, faisant partie int\u00e9grante du quotidien, r\u00e9gissant aussi bien les relations individuelles, humaines, institutionnelles ou organisationnelles priv\u00e9es et publiques. Cette vision se r\u00e9v\u00e8le parfois contredite par des actions individuelles (localis\u00e9es) qui viennent mettre \u00e0 mal ce qui fonde nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s. Dans les pays en voie d\u00e9veloppement, l\u2019\u00e9thique doit parfois se heurter \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de corruption institutionnalis\u00e9, qui gangr\u00e8ne malheureusement bien des assises des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s concern\u00e9es et dont les effets n\u00e9fastes se r\u00e9percutent sur plusieurs ann\u00e9es dans la plupart des secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s (Doueiry Verne et Verne, 2020).<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9thique est donc un sujet s\u00e9rieux qui ne peut simplement se r\u00e9sumer \u00e0 une simple rh\u00e9torique (discours) visant \u00e0 enjoliver les actions individuelles et collectives de certains acteurs dans le champ de la politique ou de l\u2019\u00e9conomie. Elle demande un effort de la part des parties prenantes pour la remettre dans un cadre l\u00e9gal et institutionnel mais \u00e9galement dans la gestion de pratiques quotidiennes, afin qu\u2019elle soit int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans la vie \u00e9conomique et sociale des individus. Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9thique est une fa\u00e7on de penser et d\u2019agir, un processus r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi, un exercice communautaire (conscience collective) dans lequel il s\u2019agit de respecter la dignit\u00e9 humaine (Ciulla 2004).<br \/>\nMais, concr\u00e8tement, dans quelle mesure peut-on adopter <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s10551-013-1618-1#:~:text=Therefore%2C%20the%20first%20order%20of,function%20as%20a%20learning%20mechanism\">une approche \u00e9thique dans le champ des organisations<\/a> ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019\u00e9thique est une discipline de jugement et d\u2019action (engagement), une r\u00e9flexion fondamentale sur laquelle l\u2019ensemble des acteurs doivent pouvoir \u00e9tablir des normes, des limites et des devoirs (leadership responsable), comme le pr\u00e9cisent les travaux de Warren et al. (2011). Pratiquer l\u2019\u00e9thique, c\u2019est donc aussi et surtout avoir le courage de reconnaitre ses erreurs, de savoir demander pardon quand il le faut (humilit\u00e9, honn\u00eatet\u00e9 intellectuelle, lucidit\u00e9) et d\u2019essayer par maintes fa\u00e7ons (discours factuel et argument\u00e9, actions concr\u00e8tes, production symbolique \u00e0 fort impact) de <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s10551-018-4094-9\">corriger ses d\u00e9viances<\/a>, en agissant correctement et en rectifiant le pr\u00e9judice caus\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;C\u2019est l\u00e0 que l\u2019on retrouve les concepts de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et d\u2019authenticit\u00e9, qui permettent de retrouver des fondements solides \u00e0 l\u2019action manag\u00e9riale, en privil\u00e9giant l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la profitabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 court terme, la relation aux parties prenantes sur la simple politique actionnariale, la qualit\u00e9 produit et le respect de la personne sur l\u2019opportunisme.
